Job Description

Job Duties/Description:

  • Identify, attract, and evaluate field technicians to support ongoing installation projects.
  • Leverage social media, online recruiting tools, and additional digital platforms to locate and engage qualified technicians.
  • Keep technician information up to date, including profiles, credentials, and performance data.
  • Draft and send contract agreements and offer documents using established templates.
  • Confirm all technicians have completed and returned required contracting documents prior to being assigned work.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Coordinators to gather important project details such as scope, timelines, and scheduling needs.
  • Ensure technician selections meet budget expectations while maintaining high quality standards for each project.
  • Enter and update technician contract details within the Project Database.
  • Develop and maintain a nationwide network of independent contractors and third-party vendor partners to expand the internal technician pool.
  • Foster positive, productive working relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-focused or fast-paced work environment preferred.
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities, handle multiple tasks at once, and adapt quickly to workflow changes.
  • Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and demonstrates accountability, reliability, and independence.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and effectively convey information in both written and verbal formats.
  • Consistent commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and navigating a wide range of personalities and situations professionally.
  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.

Additional Info:

  • Pay range: $21-23/hr.
  • Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
  • Location: 100% in office
  • Type: Contract - Potential for conversion in Oct./Nov. depending on business needs
  • Interview process: 1 phone interview + 1 in-person interview and then job offer
